Boards of the project LevizAlbania

The LevizAlbania project is led by two boards that operate in very specific areas, whose main goal is the most professional and visionary approach to the progress and impact of the LevizAlbania project.

Advisory Board

The management and strategy of LevizAlbania are assisted / supported by the Advisory Board. Its main roles are: Giving strategic, operational instructions and recommendations, as well as methodological approaches to LevizAlbania instruments. Advising on thematic goals or objectives and geographical scope of the project. strategic documents as well as annual reports

Grants Board

It is the highest decision-making body of the LevizAlbania project for the approval of the directions of calls for applications, the qualification of the winning project proposals and the disbursement of grants. The Grants Board operates according to the strategic framework defined in the Annual Action Plans of LevizAlbania. The decision-making on the Grants Board is consensual and based on the evaluation criteria of the applications approved by the Consortium of LevizAlbania and the Swiss Embassy. The Grants Board consists of five members: Two members of the LevizAlbania consortium Three representatives from Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia The representative of the Swiss Embassy (observer) The Grants Board is headed by the Executive Director of the Open Society Foundation for Albania, who is also leader of the LevizAlbania Consortium. Representatives from Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia are experts with knowledge in the fields of civil society, good governance and media. The members of the Grants Board are selected from a panel of experts approved by the LevizAlbania Consortium and the Swiss Embassy in Albania.
